Meet
Alizea Farquharson
I am a licensed mental health therapist specializing in perinatal mental health and multicultural therapy for first-generation Americans and immigrants. I support adults experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), including postpartum depression and anxiety, pregnancy-related stress, identity shifts, and adjustment to parenthood. I also work closely with clients navigating immigration-related stress, intergenerational trauma, cultural identity conflicts, and the pressures of being a first-generation American.
Healing is a shared journey, held in care and connection.
About
one love counseling
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, you’re not alone. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating major life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenthood while also carrying the weight of stress, self-doubt, cultural expectations, or unresolved emotional pain. You may be experiencing perinatal anxiety, postpartum depression, intrusive thoughts, birth-related trauma, or the emotional complexity of balancing multiple identities. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood without judgment.
